Learn to Use Windows 7
Windows 7 isn't hard to learn, but it does take time. Here i m step-by-step guides you.
Well i m going to start from shut down option 
The simplest thing in the world: shutting down your computer or laptop .but window 7 give you some different ways to do.
Click on start button in window 7 there shut down button in lower right side. Next button is triangle; click on it you options [switch user, log off, lock, restart, sleep and hibernate].
Option 1: Shut down. If you click on button shut down; your computer shut down completely.
Option 2: Switch user. If you are working on administrator and wants to change; goto user account. Click on switch user button.
Option 3: Restart. Restart button “reboot” your computer .that means it save your information to hard drive, turn off computer for a moment. Your computer will shut down and restart again.
Option 4: Sleep. Best feature of window 7. This feature allows you to put your computer in power saver mode; but doesn’t turn off. Main advantage is that allows you to get work back quickly; normally pressing power button.
Option 5: Hibernate. This button allows you to remember the current state of your desktop and fully shuts down the computer.
