visit on site www.reliancebroadband.co.in
click on utilities >>download Quick resolve
click on download file
before start it please enable bluetooth if it is bisabled
 ..............................................................
now you have it open it

click on start Diagnosis than processing start
After that mostly  there r three problems

• Ethernet wire unplugged.

• thay ask to shift to dynamic IP

• or any other issue thay generate a SUPPORT CODE with brief report .you can check the support code and report on by clicking  CONTACT US .
