Steps:-

• start
• control panel
• network and internet
• network and sharing center
• change adapter settings

there option wireless network connection or local area connection

• if u r wireless network connection than right click on it or
• if u r wired network connection [broadband connection] than right click on it
• there option properties click on it
• click [internet protocol version 4(tcp/IPv4) ] than click on proprerties
• than click on use the following dns server addresses

Than type in preferred dns server:- 208.255.222.222 or 208.67.333.333 [ any one]
Alternet dns server:-208.255.220.220 or 208.67.220.220 [any one]

• click ok

now exit from all programs
