I going to tell u how to turn on  PC OR LAPTOP in 10sec

Steps:-

1. HKEY_LOACAL_MACHINE>>SYSTEM>>CurrentControlSet>>Control>>ContentIndex 
2. now there the Key Called  
3. "Startup Delay" 
4.  Double Click On It  
5. Now where its Base  
6. Click Decimal  
7. Now its Default Value Is 4800000  
8. Change The Value To 40000

Note:-[now close the Registery Editor and Restart Your Computer
